The Forestphone

Students at the Estonian Academy of Arts built a giant pair of earphones, collectively called “The Forestphone”. In the spirit of sensory depravation, the installation dulls normal acoustics to enhance the ambient hums of the forest. The group has gone on to build other immersive sensory experiences in the forest.
